During your travels there are usually already a lot of costs so here you have some cheap but nice places to eat in Barcelona. We gathered some good and unique (and affordable!) restaurants in Barcelona that you definitely have to visit when staying in Barcelona.
First of all, we have Menssana. Menssana is a nice place where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. The meals are all Spanish but sometimes mixed with other cuisines. Their menu consists of sandwiches, wraps, hamburgers and all sorts of eggs. Menssana is located close to the Parc de la Ciutadella, so after your breakfast/brunch you can enjoy a nice walk in the park.

Some say that this is the best bakery in Spain, all locals go there and sometimes there’s even a line outside because it is so popular. Everyday there are fresh pastries and bread and other sweets. You can even watch them bake the delicious pastries, because there is a glass wall so customers are able to watch.

aQistoi is a café where you can enjoy the Spanish and Argetinean kitchen. Try the most delicious empenadas, a wide variety of tapas and fresh sandwiches. Morever, the sangria is worth trying.

Brunch in Barcelona is a big deal, and at Caravelle it is an everyday affair. La Tasqueta de Blai
This restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy some pinchos in Barcelona. Pinchos are small finger foods. It is similar to tapas, however, Pinchos usually are smaller. Often pinchos are used to be served on a small slice of bread and have a toothpick pierced through the middle. Nowaydays pinchos have become much more diverse. La Tasqueta de Blai has pinchos in all sized and flavors, always fresh and warm, and always with fresh products of the day.

When in Spain of course you have to try tapas. Palosanto offers the “usual” tapas, but they also have some more unique tapas. It is a small place but not too small, and perfect for a culinary night out. The portions are a bit bigger then usual, but nevertheless taste delicious. They also have delicious cocktails that are worth trying.
